We all encounter papers during our career which we find to be highly impactful, influential, and -- depending on the situation -- very helpful. This one, published by Peter Keen in 'Communications of the ACM' back in 1981, is one such paper for me. It is a paper I return to for its insights on #system implementation -- and it remains as relevant today. More than that, it is highly readable, almost exciting! 😀
