So I have a client that sold an arm of its business and I’m trying to help them transition out of courtesy. New owners are in and taken over.
But I’m having a difficult time because they keep asking for us to extend a service contract which they will reimburse us for except they don’t seem to realize that they aren’t really using it.
I’ve tried but they’re not seeing why this is silly so I’m about to charge them an extra $5k for not getting it. :/
