It is a super positive sign to criticize #responsibility of genAI systems in court!
We should all be able to do that with the very many #dubious tech systems being sold as AI nowadays.
Note, however, that @Google would have A LOT MORE RESPONSIBILITY as a dominant search engine. They set the expectations of most end-users and should, thus, be responsible for #infolit education, for #transparency, and for #accountability wrt #seo techniques and #metadata enrichments.

Ugh, so guy profiled just gets news from the influencer, may check something if someone comments, talk about reliable fact checking, but TBH can't blame him since his reason is to avoid "the biases and political leanings of traditional news." To make it worse, he believes influencers are "actually connected to the people they’re getting their news for.”
Trad news did this to themselves pretty much.
