A major blow to RF circuit designers: #Infineon has discontinued almost its entire product line of RF transistors and low-noise amplifiers (LNAs). Their web site is a sea of "see newer alternative product version" notices with no actual alternatives in sight.
This follows the end of their line of PIN diodes. It is becoming difficult to find RF discretes.
