Way not good Stansted.
Woohoo!! 🎉 I'm so excited to open up the crowdsourced #IndoorCO2 map and see new data points in North America from someone other than me! 😁

If you have a #CO2Monitor like the #Aranet #Aranet4 or #Airvalent, you can help collect data. (From experience I know that if your phone is an Android, you need at least Android 11.)

CO2 at school today. That big valley where the CO2 hovers in the upper 600s is when the CO2 monitor was left in the changing rooms for PhysEd.
There's a fantastic crowdsourcing project collecting #IndoorCO2 data:

If you have an #Aranet4, #Airvalent, or #Inkbird IAM-T1 #CO2Monitor, you can help collect data! Most of the submissions so far are from Germany, it would be great to see more data from North America.
Not sure about iPhone requirements but Android phones need at least Android 11.
I found an email address for IndoorCO2MapDataRecorder on the app's Google Play listing, asked for help, and the developer responded!!
Turns out, the app doesn't work on Android 10. It works fine on my kid's old Android 12 phone, and I've submitted my 1st #IndoorCO2 reading!
The official #Aranet app also needs the following settings:
- Up-to-date firmware
- Measurement interval = 1 minute
- Bluetooth range = Extended (not required but may help)
- Smart Home integration enabled
