#Inauguration | 🚊 Un nouveau cap pour les mobilités à Brest
Ce vendredi 13 février 2026, Louis Le Franc, préfet du Finistère, a inauguré aux côtés des élus le nouveau réseau de transport de Brest Métropole, qui a été mis en service le 14 février.

Un projet structurant d’un montant total de 225,5 M€, accompagné par l’État à hauteur de 20,7 M€, soit 9,2 % du coût total.
Cet investissement d’envergure voit aujourd’hui le jour après plusieurs années de concertation, de planification et de coordination.

Ce nouveau réseau comprend :
🚊 la création d’une 2ᵉ ligne de tramway reliant la gare de Brest à l’Hôpital de la Cavale Blanche;
🚌 la mise en service d’une ligne de BHNS (Bus à Haut Niveau de Service)depuis Lambézellec.

Il renforce les connexions entre le centre-ville, les quartiers périphériques, les communes de la métropole et les grandes infrastructures telles que la gare et l’aéroport.

Pour une mobilité plus fluide, plus durable et plus accessible à tous dans la métropole de Brest, 1re agglomération du Finistère.
