Was gibt es bei mir neues in Sachen #pnpde? Ich konnte endlich mein offzielles #Cthulhu Szenario abgeben. Bin total gespannt, wie es damit weitergeht und natürlich, wie die Leute es, also auch ihr, es am Ende aufnehme. #ImpostorSyndrom kickt, aber ich versuche, es zu ignorieren. 😅
Gestern hatte ich die #Session0 für eine Kurzkampagne #Dune (mit Option auf mehr. Da habe ich auch schon richtig Bock drauf.
Und ich freue mich auf die #Lindencon, die #pnpleipzig #Rollenspielcon .

When releasing a game as a team - what do people/teams do to cultivate the feeling of proudness in what people contributed with? My personality struggles a bit with cultivating personal proudness - but I rationally think it's psychologically useful to feel proud of my own contributions. Do anyone have teambuilding exercises or other techniques for this? Sharing appreciated, comments even more. Thank you.

Am #Wochenende ist endlich die #LindenCon. Für #Outgunned ist alles komplett und ich bin zufrieden. Vor #Conan2D20 habe ich jedoch Respekt. Ich mag das System, aber so ganz regelleicht ist es dann doch nicht. #ImpostorSyndrom kickt ein bisschen rein da 😅 Irgendwie hat man dann doch immer Angst, dass die Leute keine gute Zeit haben, weil man es verkackt.
