Ich hab ein schlechtes #Investment 💸 gemacht: hohes Risiko (#NachrangDarlehen), geringe #Zinsen ( unter 2 % p.a.)

....das aber ein #Wohnprojekt durch diesen #Direktkredit (mit)ermöglicht wird, Menschen gut wohnen können macht es dann aber doch ziemlich gut. 👍
Sowas steht aber in keinem #FinanzBuch (oder?)
