As one living with multiple #immune #disorders AND ALSO presently requiring #oral #chemotherapy to keep one of them from getting worse than it already is, I *implore* everyone who can to take all measures to avoid ACQUIRING an immune-destroying #disease.
Sure, you may live through it, and possibly even with it. I've outlived my first predicted #BestBefore date nearly thrice-over β¦ but despite excellent medical care and strong compliance for taking relevant #Rx, ongoing daily exercise (gentle, eg: #TaiChi), none of that will ensure this delicately-balanced pile of compromises won't fall down and shatter me into nothingness from these same diseases.
I LIKE being alive. β€οΈ I've figured out a lot of ways with living with all the complications remaining alive has presented. But I suspect I might've enjoyed being alive a lot more WITHOUT all these issues.
Avoid it. π’
