#UPPLiquids is the newest brewing venture from industry veteran Tonya Cornett, officially launching in #BendOregon this week in partnership with #ImmersionBrewing. Cornett joined Bend Brewing Company in 2002 and more recently was the R&D brewmaster at 10 Barrel Brewing before being unexpectedly laid off along with the rest of the innovation brewing team last September.

My latest article for the local paper, which came out last week on #LeapDay (the bonus day!), features #ImmersionBrewing and two recent specialty stouts released by the brewery: Meraki and Onism. Both are blended, #BarrelAged stouts, with Meraki a blend of stout and barleywine and Onism a blend of several stouts.
