C'est sur que l'économie basé sur le pétrole (tout le monde) va morfler, et ça va bien faire plus bouger les nations que quand la cpi demande des actions contre des génocidaires (qui étrangement sont aussi la clef de la route #IMEC ..)

Mais je pense que ça va aller plus vite que 10 ans, c'est déjà en branle depuis quelques années.
