It's 5:07 am here. Thanks to the asthma wonder drug that is Prednisone, I've been awake since about 4am.

I'm up now, due to circumstances beyond my control. Sleep paralysis is triggered in me whenever I'm freaking out about something. I used to get it almost EVERY night.

But yes, I need a test to "prove" my anxiety to my doctor. And I'm sure neither of these things are related. 🙄

It may also be the "double-dose of caffeine" coffee I'm currently drinking but halving my meds seems to have helped- I'm less sleepy (so far) today.
