My favorite part of #Iditarod2023 is how the teams communicate: KattiJo Deeter just pulled into Finger Lake and the dogs were silent. But as soon as she stopped to check in, they started yelling: "WHY ARE WE STOPPING, WE WANNA RUN!!!"

#Iditarod2023 thoughts: Hunter Keefe is on a tear so far (just passed the resting Nic Petit to pull into 2nd place about 20 miles from Finger Lake). I know it's WAY too early, but I wonder if he can keep this pace.
