It helps individuals explore who they are by dividing their shield into four sections: What I love – Hobbies and passions that bring joy. What I am good at – Skills and talents that define competence. What makes me special – Unique qualities that set us apart. My dreams for the future – Aspirations and goals, no matter how big.
