What if we just had walk-in homes where people could leave the market and reside in an unsellable house?
Don't call it anything else. Merely have them for people to sign up to, and sort out alternative income sources from various interrelated entities. Dwellers spend money on them as a block when they can afford it.
Train people while building them. Feature homemaker products before anyone signs on. Etc. … make it work, and pushback on labelling.
