So I've used Ting as my mobile carrier for the last few years and I have been exceedingly happy with the service, customer service, etc. So we've been trying to buy a new phone for my wife from their online store and it wouldn't work. Come to find out I had to turn off all privacy plugins and even go in and turn off Firefox's own security to use their store.
