It's a wireless keyboard and mouse kit, they need to replace the batteries

Web company saying we need to whitelist their server to send contact form emails into the business. The contact form #email address it's sent from is the same domain the client business uses.
Now, tell me if I'm wrong here, but I'm long standing dying on the hill of "if the email is coming from external to the business, claiming to be within the business, that's wrong"
Either authenticate to the mail service, or send as your own authorised domain - it does not have to be the business domain, it's not going to customers.
Whitelisting? Will fix it, but no, don't do that, you're making a compromised web server compromise your entire business
SPF records? No, please no, worse than the above, now they can send to everyone
DKIM/DMARC/etc.? hahahahaaha, no, this is a website, it doesn't want to do any of that
Tell me if I'm wrong. Please. I need a sanity check.
Finished replacing a customers #Apple Macbook Pro screen with a replacement.
Bit of a ball-ache, especially having to remove 12 of the smallest screws known to man. Using a Precision Pentalobe 1 screwdriver I had to use a magnifying glass to even see the bloody things. And h't having fat fingers didn't help
Why can't they just use "normal" screws and not ones that I need to buy a 100 piece iFixIT kit LOL
ah, IT issues... yesterday I tripped a fuse when making dinner (the electric kettle somehow creates a power surge just before boiling, and when the oven runs at the same time it gets tripped).
When I put it back my small rpi server in the living room all of a sudden makes issues. It runs, and I can connect to it from the outside, but somehow not from inside my home network.
But I ping it and it seems to be on... but I just can't seem to ssh onto it anymore.
