Integrations-Resonance Model (IRM) V3.1 presents a nonlinear systems-theoretical framework for analyzing organizational singularization under conditions of volatility. Singularization is conceptualized not as chaos or disorder, but as a restrictive attractor emerging from the absolutization of efficiency and the endogenous erosion of feedback permeability.   The model integrates four dynamically coupled state variables — Strategic Reserve (R), Feedback Permeability (F), Efficiency Pressure (E), and a Self-Reference Index (N) — within a system of nonlinear differential equations.
