Peter Down@rugby Another big win for Ireland. Ireland were clinical and strong as always. Tonga looked under-coached. A lot of good elements to their game but many individual errors and poor execution at the set piece meant they were unable to get a foothold in the game. Ireland will be very satisfied with how they are progressing.

@rugby A dominant performance from Ireland, slightly balanced by a try for Tonga at the end of the half. Tonga showed plenty of talent individually but never really played as a team, because of Ireland's customary ferocity in defence. One glorious sidestep from Charles Piutau, but it was the forwards efforts which kept Tonga in touch - just. The second half will either see Tonga grow in confidence or Ireland run away with the game. I suspect the latter.
