Porter un masque, fermer les fenêtres, éviter les grands axes routiers et le chauffage au bois pour réduire son exposition à la pollution de l’air et protéger son cerveau, son cœur et ses poumons, soit ! Mais pour les experts, dire aux gens de rester à l’intérieur ne suffit pas.
