THE VOID is a research project by Tommaso Campagna and Jordi Viader Guerrero on tactical video and an audiovisual publishing venue for practice-based research. Hybridity and collectivity are essential for the way THE VOID functions: the authors propose to reframe modes of media production as collective acts of broadcasting, and by setting up hybrid pop-up streaming studios, they merge production, distribution and archiving into a single event. They see doing things and learning while doing as an active form of research.
