Multispectral imaging has restored the Cotton Genesis - and our @universalviewer team has applied IIIF-based functionality to enable switching between the visible light, ultraviolet and infrared images of a single folio in the same canvas. Very exciting!

Excited to discover that the Alexander Turnbull Library seems to have started rolling out the Mirador Viewer for its digitised historic photos. This means it will be possible to use IIIF versions of these images without going through two layers of hacks to determine the URL!
It's not enabled for every image yet though, based on trying some I have bookmarked.
