Sat here crying because my street WhatsApp ignored my request to borrow a visitor’s parking permit, but another member asked after me and got and reply, and a permit straight away.

It’s always the same for me. Have applied for my visitors permit, but I think there’s a bit of a backlog.

The decorator had to put a not in his window and hope for the best, luckily he was ok about it.
