We had our software pen tested recently.

So it was the annual time to review our SSL cipher support on the load balancers etc.

Unfortunately cipher selection seems full of incomprehensible anagrams which are hard to visually parse, and the config options never match what you do/don't want in test output.

Still at least we can actually drop support for IE11 as no one is using it.

The best version of IE on desktop was always #InternetExplorer 8 to me, where it peaked. Only once #IE11 came out did it have competition in quality, and it was also the best version on #WindowsPhone. I enjoyed using IE on my phone except for the lack of a real #adblocker and not an ad-hider bookmarklet. #Microsoft lying about what browser it was in the user agent certainly helped.

Hay empresas que aun usan Internet Explorer 11 debido a aplicaciones legadas que aun no han podido migrar.

No darle soporte a IE11 tiene su truco. 🧐 👀

Es mejor decir "no te soportamos" que lanzar una app que se rompe en dicho navegador.
