Agree re potentially practice changing. Will be interesting to see if/when its performance gets tested in identifying asymptomatic (but probably infectious) TB cases. Could have even bigger impact on transmission and lowering case numbers. #IDSky #TBSky

Interesting description of heteroresistance to piptaz, but from a highly monitored patient in a clinical trial. And was not associated with treatment failure Most patients don't have post-antibiotic microbiology samples, so maybe this happens commonly (& inconsequentially) #IDSky #ClinMicro #UTISky
