Culina's keynote impressively demonstrated how much work is left to do for information infrastructure orgs and funders to provide (and enable) infrastructure/UIs/communities/incentives/policies for processes around (study) registration/open data/open code. And to look at these processes form a global perspective. On OA publications and available funds for research she said: "An Open Access fee of 3,000⏠is much higher than my salary - and I'm a senior scientist in Croatia". #idcc2026
