She probably had the temerity to insist on HER RIGHTS, AS AN AMERICAN CITIZEN, not to open her phone & social media accounts for the #ICEtapo to rummage through. They know they can't compel her, so they're shoving her in some hellhole to punish her, until the lawyers can get it before a judge, win, and be told by the #TurdReich to pound sand while they exhaust all appeals.
