Up early to read the court updates and sadly Federal Court Judge Menendez is taking a leisurely pace and refused to put in place the TRO (temporary restraining order) against DHS today.
The Feds are expected to have a formal response by Jan 19.
State of Minnesota's reply is due Jan. 22.
