#BigSpring McMahon–Wrinkle Airport (#IATA: HCA, #ICAO: KBPG, #FAA #LID: BPG) is a municipal airport two miles southwest of Big Spring, in #HowardCounty, #Texas. The FAA's #NationalPlanOfIntegratedAirportSystems for 2009–2013 categorized it as a #generalAviation airport. Most U.S. airports use the same three-letter #locationIdentifier for the FAA and IATA, but this airport is BPG to the FAA and HCA to the IATA (which assigned BPG to #BarraDoGarçasAirport in Barra do Garças, #MatoGrosso.

Ende ik begrijp er niet veel van de logica. Tot ik bedacht, Wikipedia schrijf geen poep.

Vaak verwijst deze naar de locatie of naam van het vliegveld (bijvoorbeeld EHAM naar AMsterdam), maar dat is zeker niet altijd het geval, De E staat voor Europa en de H voor Holland (niet Nederland dus WP)
