Iowa Auditor Rob Sand, the only Democrat in statewide office, announced he is running for Governor. Iowa needs new representation and I know he is a long shot, but I hope he wins. The state voted for Obama both times. For decades, it had one Democratic Senator and one Republican one. I hope he wins!
