The #IATF weekend has started!

Did the K7NT this evening as a tune up race for saturday.

So many friendly poeple running, so many volunteers, such a great festival!

The K7NT is an 8km run with 270m of elevation gain. I finished in 0:41:57.1 which is in the top50, not bad for a "warm up".

did a light hike today. runs haven't been special in the last few days. mostly easy, one fartlek and just a little bit of elevation this week.

total was 70km with 850m of elevation.

did an Easy Long-ish Taper Run today, from #inzing to #innsbruck. HR stayed in lower zone 2 for the entire run (something like 130 to 135bpm).

currently #tapering for the #K110 at #innsbruckalpinetrailrunfestival in less than 10 days.

last week was #peakweek in preparation for the #K110 at #innsbruckalpinetrailrunfestival. It didn't feel hard, ... I hope I did enough.

In total it was 110km with 4200m of elevation gain of #running plus two strength training sessions.

Now it's time to (slowly) transition to #tapering.

This morning I did a #run around #bergisel and then up to Viller- and Lanser Köpfl. Where I had an amaizing view of #patscherkofel, Lans and #lansersee.

Now its time to transition to tapering for the #IATF2026, where I am signed up for the #K110.
