One of the reasons #IAC2023 was such a big deal for me was that I got to organize, facilitate, and speak at a Special Session (SpS) devoted entirely to #spacelaw. (Special Sessions provide a much larger stage than Technical Sessions or Interactive Presentations and there is a lot more opportunity to really deep dive into a topic.)

Well I’ve caught up on emails and sleep, so it is time for the big #IAC2023 recap. Seriously, the flight home was brutal and I hate myself for flying economy- but at least I got an awesome picture of Iceland.
This year the International Astronautical Federation's 74th International Astronautical Congress, was held in Baku. I never thought I would travel to Azerbaijan, so I also took some time to do some cultural activities. I even got to taste some wine that is only available in Azerbaijan!
