Just spent an hour troubleshooting my VMware Workstation virtual networking because something decided (Docker Desktop I'm looking in your direction...) to install Hyper-V components in Windows 11 Pro many moons ago.
From this I have learned Hyper-V cannot support nested virtualization. Also that VMWare Workstation is a very temperamental, obstinate creature if you try to remove Hyper-V.
