We cleaned up a lot of debris today. The kids moved several wagonloads of loose vegetation from the northern end of the debris field.
We sorted out interesting driftwood and reusable dimensional lumber from above a third of the debris field.
The pedalboats have been checked for damage. One hull is cracked and the other one had is steering system ripped out from the deck. It's all repairable, but will take time.
The water has begun to recede and the beach is slowly emerging.

I'm dreading getting started on #debris cleanup today. My previous attempts made my back very unhappy. By Friday afternoon I had to use my cane to get around again. Cyclobenzaprine and massage got me moving on Saturday with much less #pain. Let's see what today brings.
