Here's the "proof" of weather modification I was looking for.

In 2018 #HurricaneLane, a Cat 5 hurricane, was suddenly obliterated as it approached the military base in Honolulu.

A study of #HurricaneLane in 2020 examined how #ClimateChange can lead to #CompoundHazards in #RiskAssessment.

"The simultaneous occurrence of rain-driven flooding & landslides, high-intensity winds, & multiple fires complicated emergency response.
