Следовательно, ключевой вектор — не «запретить», а ужесточить инженерные практики: fail-safe архитектуры, ограничение усилий (force limiting), безопасные режимы по умолчанию, стандарты сертификации и протоколы взаимодействия с человеком.

Иначе рынок получит не «умных помощников», а источник регулярных травм с предсказуемым репутационным и регуляторным откатом.
