It’s now illegal to sit, lie down or place personal items on sidewalks in East End’s Magnolia Park neighborhood after the Houston City Council added the area to its civility ordinance.

It’s now illegal to sit or lie down on sidewalks at Magnolia Park in Houston’s East End

Houston City Council voted to apply the city’s civility ordinance to the area. It’s now the 12th area where the rules are in effect.
