Citywide graffiti abatement program from Houston’s East End gets up to 10-year extension

The contract extension approved Wednesday adds up to 10 years to an agreement going back to 2015, when the city tapped the Greater East End Management District to clean up graffiti for the parks and recreation department, general services department and the public works department.
