Well this took me a while. Teased the roots and tried to straighten out the rhizome a bit more, but that didn’t really work out, so I was looking for a stone to attach it to, but that also didn’t work, because that did not fit the pot. This is why now it’s a sphagnum moss ball with a fern in a bonsai pot 🤷‍♂️
Maybe I can find alive moss to make it look more tidy sphagnum moss to me looks so rough or unfinished.

Ok it was time to repot the fern. The rhizome spirals to the bottom of the pot, hard to straighten without breaking it.

I’m currently not very confident to pot a bonsai-like tree plant to the pot, because I’d had to cut quite a lot of root to fit the pot and it’s not the time for this kind of operation.
But this fern (Phlebodium aureum or golden polypody) I grow for around 1.5 years in this 2 x 5 cm pot I did from a tiny, … cup I guess? Don’t really know that this item was originally ment for.
Anyways It’s doing good so far, so it also should in this shallow pot.

My spider plant (*Chlorophytum comosum*) is in full bloom! 🌸
These delicate little white flowers appear on the tips of the long runners that the plant sends out. Each flower has six petals and bright yellow anthers — small but surprisingly elegant up close.
Spider plants are incredibly resilient and adaptable, but moments like this remind me why they deserve a second look. The blooms also attract small pollinators, making even a humble houseplant a tiny part of the garden's ecosystem.

Mijn graslelie (*Chlorophytum comosum*) staat in bloei! 🌸
Deze kleine witte bloemetjes verschijnen aan de uiteinden van de lange uitlopers die de plant uitzendt. Elk bloempje heeft zes blaadjes en opvallend gele meeldraden — klein, maar verrassend elegant van dichtbij.
Graslelies staan bekend om hun veerkracht, maar momenten als dit herinneren me eraan dat ze ook hun charme hebben. De bloempjes trekken ook kleine bestuivers aan, waardoor zelfs een bescheiden kamerplant een klein onderdeel wordt van het tuinecosysteem.

I need some help with this cutting.

It was snapped and hanging off by a thread and I want to propagate it. I've propagated a few before by just leaving them in water.... within a few days it grows roots and then I plant it.

Thing is this is quite long.... Do I cut it?

OR do I leave it having just a big ol' dangly limb hanging out?

I could probably cut it into 3 sections and it should be fine tho 🤔🤔🤔
