Many people are saying the Jerry Garcia Band is better than the Grateful Dead. More and more people are saying this, and JGB has been getting attention and has been doing very well.

My question is: How can the Grateful Dead be the Greatest American Rock band if they aren’t even the best American Rock Band with Jerry Garcia?

Nobody makes a similar argument about TAB v. phish.

Therefore, once again, I am correct: Phish is the Greatest American Rock band.

So that Oscar’s Ken number was fun. But all of this Barbie stuff has captured a nation at the film and music level? Maybe I’m no fun, and that would probably be fair, but I don’t get it, at all. 🤷‍♀️🤔

The Disco Biscuits are playing as good as, and possible better than, they have ever played in their entire career. They are IMO the most exciting band in the jamband scene at the moment.

Last night had a three song first set, four song second set (5 if you include the return to "Shimmy" at the end), and every single minute of the show was THRILLING.

Cannot wait to go back tonight!
