Taken from a small cove adjacent to #JamestownSettlement in Virginia. I was just getting back into photography and had only a small point and shoot HP PhotoSmart camera. Given the right conditions, even basic cameras can take nice shots.
#TurningPointPark on the #GeneseeRiver in #RochesterNY is where cargo boats sailing south from Lake Ontario would turn around before the first of several waterfalls. I shot this from the boardwalk as a small craft left its gentle wake in the glassy water.
