This is what I’ve spent almost 6 years of my life dedicated to studying at a federally accredited program here in the U.S. In about 1 year I’ll be graduating as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine. 🔥

➡️ To be clear, choosing natural medicine as a part of one’s healthcare does not mean you have to be opposed to conventional care. This is a false binary.

🌿 There is absolutely a time and place to receive natural medicine treatment, especially when one is suffering from chronic disease or they simply wish to improve their health.

🚫 Natural medicine surely is not indicated for emergency medical conditions though it can often be used in conjunction with conventional medicine in these cases as additional support.

I attended some colleagues graduation today which simultaneously marks 1 year until I graduate as a Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (NMD) in April 2026!

It has been a batshit crazy ride to get this degree but the thing that has kept me going through it all is that I know how powerful this medicine is when you combine modern science with the immutable laws of nature; healing can, does, and will happen.

I love this philosophical approach but ultimately, I’m simply a co-conspirator with Mother Nature; she’s the one who does the real healing work in people’s lives.

With the right tools and proper guidance, all of us can flourish if you’re open to it!

trust the unraveling. some doors are closing because you were never meant to stay. in your interactions, choose softness over force. it has the power to open doors that strength alone cannot. some may close, and that's okay. trust that they weren't meant for you, and others, more aligned with your journey, will open. old ways won’t open new doors.
