April has begun. I completely missed my last post-window. I do try to post monthly here. No one cares, because no one reads them, but I feel some discipline is worthwhile. February was my snowboarding trip to Japan for 10 days, my first trip outside of China since the onset of the COVID period back in 2019. I ate #tuna #sashimi when I was in #Otaru #Hokaido #Japan. And I have to be frank, the taste of tuna is what brings me back to Japan over and over again. I just really really like it and can't find this same quality tuna anywhere else I tried it.

Veganes #Kürbisrisotto mit gerösteten Kernen

Gefunden bei Kptn Cook.

Erst haben es nur 3/4 der Belegschaft für ziemlich lecker befunden und am Schluss hat auch der Vierte im Bunde seine anfänglich ablehnende Haltung revidiert und fand es dann doch gut 😄
Der Kernecrunch ist ein kleines Highlight.
