Really glad I went with autumn bases instead of winter ones. Helps their eyes pop.
Coming up on three months of #HobbyStreak in which my consumption of mind altering substances is less than it’s been my entire adult life. I’ve gotten high maybe five times and drank twice in that time and I put most of the reason to daily miniature painting / art therapy. I used to get high daily and drink several times a week.
Worked more on Heresy-era Space Wolves today. I tried a variety of visor colors and ended up settling on red instead of blue like I normally do.
I think it fits well with the autumn’s leaves bases I’m doing for them and helps the eyes pop. (Most people base their Space Wolves in snow because their main HQ on Fenris is in the ice and snow of a huge mountain range).
#hobbyStreak 167. While gluing in truss rods, I managed to drop one coal car frame onto another and break a queenpost and the brake staff bracket. So, now I'm printing some spare queenposts. I'll fabricate the brake staff bracket. #modelRailway #modelRailroad
