Kaizen philosophy is cool on paper. Just improve something little by little and it will eventually get better.
It reminds me Hill Climbing algorithm. The biggest problem with it is that it often gets stuck in local optima. Same with kaizen.

It's a bit amusing to me that some obvious parallels to some terms never seem to get popularized, tainting associations in popular discourse, so here's my attempt at changing that for one of them.

Society is filled with #stochastic processes (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stochastic_process), the attempt to turn the term into a scare buzzword annoys me.
