This is a practice that has existed both in German & #EasternEurope societies for hundreds of years. The concept was further developed by #SeppHolzer - an expert in permaculture, in his book Sepp Holzer’s Permaculture: A Practical Guide to Small-Scale, Integrative Farming, and Gardening.
