You certainly can knock against your pursuers until their health bar runs out. But it's much more effective to take them down with the PIT manoeuvre

Started on the penultimate story mission for #HighwayNoir today. As proud as I am of the idea it's taking a lot of scripting to put the spin I want on the mechanics. Apparently I love making work for myself. I wish I could say more without spoiling the surprise
