She's talking about the #StudentDebtRelief that #Biden is providing through the #HigherEducationAct will be seen as a power grab by the executive. Even though the act specifically gives the power to control #federal debt, TO the president from Congress.

She's complaining about the entire point of the Higher Education Act. I don't understand how anyone doesn't get frustrated listening to her.
