Here the code breathes, ideas stumble, rise again and demand coffee. Everything is improvisation and everything is intention, that strange balance only those who live between algorithms, brushes and long nights understand. Remember Damn Small Linux, Chooms? It's back again, revived and ready for 2024!  

To celebrate, I pulled out an old Asus Eee PC 701 4G and installed it! Out of the box, everything works!

Instead of the old aim of what could be crammed into a 50MB distro, the new DSL instead aims for a more reasonably comfy 700MB limit; essentially a normal CD size! It's based off the antiX distro, just more scaled back and smaller to fit within the 700MB limit.

Give it a shot if you have old hardware laying around that needs an OS!
