For 2026, we have set ourselves a clear mission: to integrate a wider range of perspectives into every area of our work.

This is exactly where our #HierFehltWas (“Something is missing here”) campaign comes in. We are actively looking for the gaps in our network and making a conscious effort to fill them.

Na, was fehlt auf dieser Bühne?

GI-Präsident Martin Wolf hat die Aktion #HierFehltWas ausgerufen: „Im aktuellen Transformationsprozess müssen wir als GI eine führende Rolle einnehmen. Das schaffen wir nur, wenn wir möglichst viele Menschen für die GI gewinnen – und die ganze Bandbreite unserer Disziplin abdecken.”

2026 will die GI daher gezielt mehr und diversere Perspektiven in ihre Arbeit einbinden. Los gehts mit Fokus auf Frauen bzw. #FLINTA.
